Consultation & Personalized Plans

     DISCOVER offers assistance to teacher and parents through consultation and personalized evaluation.  These services are especially useful for parents who are frustrated with the educational system and feel like their child is falling through the cracks or not getting the services needed.  Dr. Maker or DISCOVER staff can act as an advocate where needed and can advise on available programs, alternate learning strategies, and effective behavior management techniques based on personal evaluation of the child’s situation.
