School-Based Assessment (Opt 2)-Your School Trained & Certified to Conduct Assessment

If Training Performed by DISCOVER Staff Trainer

$5,600  (10 or Fewer Trainees)—5 days of regular training, plus 2 days of follow-up training (Travel and expenses will be charged separately)

If training is needed for 10 or more trainees, the price will be negotiated on a case by case basis.

If Training Performed by Dr. Maker or Peggy Orsmeth

$7,000  (10 or Fewer Trainees)—5 days of regular training, plus 2 days of follow-up training (Travel and expenses will be charged separately)
If training is needed for 10 or more trainees, the price will be negotiated on a case by case basis.  

School-Based—Training for Individual Observers

Tucson:  Cost per person: $165 per day (minimum 5 days).  Training seminars often are held in the summer and discounts are available for early registration.

School-Based—Re-Certification for Observers and Trainers

Costs will vary, but every effort will be made to minimize re-certification requirements.

Parent/Community-Based: Standard Individual Assessment (Ages 5-18)

On-site:  $1200 per individual.

Parent/Community-Based: Pre-School Individual Assessment (Ages 3-5)

On-site:  $1200 per individual.

Workshops—Staff Development & Parent Workshops

If you would like to sponsor a Staff Development, Parent, Follow-up or Curriculum Workshop, contact Dr. Maker to make arrangements and negotiate a price.  Dr. Maker and her staff are  also available for consultations and personalized planning.  Generally speaking, Dr. Maker’s fee is $1000 per day plus expenses.Contact Dr. Maker at 520-622-8106
