DISCOVER services often fall into two categories—school-based and parent/community-based.

School-based services are designed for compatibility with the logistical and financial structures typically found in educational institutions.  The scale can vary all the way from individual classrooms up to entire districts or regions.  These services are most applicable to teachers or other educational professionals (as well as parents) looking to bring DISCOVER into a school, a cooperative of schools, or a district.  School-based services sometimes are conducted entirely by DISCOVER staff…but the most common scenario is for our staff to actually train and certify your personnel to conduct the services on our behalf.  This approach is far more cost effective for large-scale implementation.  For details on specific services, click the links at the bottom of this page.

Parent/Community-based services are often similar to their school-based counterparts, but on a smaller scale; they can be implemented just about anywhere, in homes, churches, or other locations familiar to the individual(s) being assessed.  They are particularly useful to parents when the local school does not offer DISCOVER services, or anything similar.  For details on specific services, click the links at the bottom of this page.
